The work is for Red Deer County Station 23 in Burnt Lake Business Park Red Deer County, Alberta and includes, but may not be limited to:

Demolition of 1 existing washroom and laundry room and construct 2 washrooms with showers.

• Demolition of existing Washroom & Laundry Room 
• Demolition of existing floor slab for new underground plumbing rough-in. 
• Patch of concrete floor slab c/w reinforcing. 
• Metal framing and ceiling for new shower/washroom areas. 
• Drywall fire rating and standard drywall to walls and ceilings as required. 
• Painted metal doors and hardware where shown.

• Mechanical (plumbing and HVAC) rough in’s and finishes for new shower/washrooms.
