Red Deer County (The County) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to select up to ten (10) companies to provide Small Roads Program Work on Gravel Roads including Gravel Road Re-Construction, Road Base Repair, Drainage Issues, Small Culvert Replacements and Installations (less than 1500mm in dia.), Spring Break-up/Thaw/Soft Road Repairs, and Gravel Pit Reclamations on an “as and when required” basis.
